Shipping

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, you can contact us with your order number for tracking updates.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver orders within 2-5 working days, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates, and delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do you ship to all locations in Australia?

Yes, we deliver across Australia. However, remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept Skrill and bitcoin payments. We use the Skrill Wallet as our payment gateway provider. Its easy to set up and works exactly like PayPal. It is the best option in Australia for processing THC related payments since Visa and Master Card are not friendly to them.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your payment details remain private and protected.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Unfortunately, we do not support split payments. Each order must be completed using one payment method.

What is the Minimum Order?

We have a fixed $300 minimum order before we can process any orders. All orders placed must meet this requirement. We won’t issue any refunds if the order did not meet these requirements.

Do you Accept Paypal?

Would love to, but Paypal does not support the cannabis or hemp Industry.

Returns

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind orders. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchase.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, due to health and safety regulations, edible products and perishable goods cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
