Accurate Address Information

Providing an accurate address and addressee is essential for a successful delivery. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee and a $25 AUD administration charge.


Delivery Timeframes

The delivery timeframes and dates provided are estimates, not guarantees. Australia Post’s services aim to deliver within the specified timeframe but are not guaranteed.

*We strive to dispatch orders as per the delivery times listed above. However, if circumstances prevent same-day dispatch, your order will still be shipped by the end of the following business day.


Order Hasn’t Arrived

While over 90% of orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal service disruptions, staff shortages, or adverse weather conditions.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us regarding your order.


Compensation and Replacement Policies

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. If incorrect, we cannot offer further assistance.
  2. Inspect your property for any safe place where the package may have been left.
  3. Check with neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If the package is still missing after these steps, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with Australia Post. Replacements will only be dispatched if Australia Post confirms the package was not delivered.


Order Not Marked as Delivered After 7 Business Days

If your order hasn’t been delivered or marked as delivered after 7 business days from dispatch, please email us. We will initiate an investigation with Australia Post. Depending on the outcome, we may dispatch a replacement immediately or await the results of the investigation.


Compensation for Delays

We do not offer compensation or refunds for delayed deliveries, including those sent via Express Post. Delivery times are provided as estimates, and unforeseen delays are beyond our control.
